Find the highest dividend stocks and the lowest PE ratio with StockScreener

Google Finance introduced some time ago a StockScreener providing a nice overview of many companies by sector and performance criteria. It seems quite useful for comparing stocks.

Testing cuil

I've run a quick test of cuil and run into these few issues:

Searching for "stephilix" returned the first time a trace call error, most likely due to the heavy load the site currently has following its announcement. Then I got 8 results: one is about an obsolete link to this blog and the other 7 do seem relevant. I got many "No results because of high load..." errors.

Sometime, info company pages failed with page load errors or "Oops! We couldn’t find that page." also most likely due to high load.

Trying this search, I'm supposed to get "50 results for hannover capital mortgage", but only one is displayed. Google claims about 24800 results for the same query.

I do like the "extended" results presented in multiple tabs with the "more" option, as seen above.

Advertising a brand on YouTube where users actively watch your product ad

Watch this artist advertising emotionally for the Roomba vacuum cleaner robot.

If you have some talent, pick a brand, make a video, post it on YouTube. As its views count increases, contact the company and ask for some profit sharing.

If you are a company, share some of your advertising budget with these new artists. You can buy the rights to their video, remake it even more professionally, localize it and broadcast it on TV. Watch more contests here.

I ran into this interesting article about how Silicon Valley is currently funding the next energy revolution and, as a result, potentially reducing greenhouse emissions for the planet:
